PLEASE NOTE - before filling out this form you must have:

1. Attended least one on-campus event during the 2025-26 school year
2. Filled out the 2025-26 membership form and paid the yearly $5 dues

Failure to do so means your sign-up could marked as void until requirements have been met

When do sign-ups open/close?

• Sign-ups open 30 days prior to the date listed in the calendar. The event will automatically populate on the Google Form after 11:59pm.
• Sign-ups close 7 days prior to the date listed in order to have a solidified list of volunteers to communicate with the partnering organization as well as for carpooling. The event will automatically be removed from the Google Form at 11:59pm.
